Un litro de crema vegetal

700 grs de cobertura de chocolate

150 grs de azúcar

Preparación

– Hervir 600 cc de crema con el azúcar.

 – Incorporar la cobertura picada y enfriar.

 – Batir el resto de la crema a medio montar.

 – Agregar la mezcla anterior lentamente a la crema y seguir batiendo hasta tomar la consistencia deseada.
