Preparación

Preparar las tunas como si fueran manzanas y ponerlas a macerar en vino blanco con azúcar, 24 horas antes de consumir.

Puede agregar un poco de tequila para hacerlo mas sabroso.

Antes de servir licuar la preparación pasar la por un cedazo para agragarle al último hielo triturado.

El resultado será mas atractivo si utilizamos tunas coloradas.
